1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Life Veneration High School website, parent/student portals, or enrolling your child at our institution, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Services

LVHS provides secondary education services including academic instruction following the Nigerian and British curricula, examination preparation (WAEC, NECO, Cambridge IGCSE), extracurricular activities and character development, day and boarding facilities, and online portals for academic management.

3. Admission and Enrollment

• Provide accurate and complete information during admission
• Pay all fees and charges as specified in the fee schedule
• Ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and respond to school communications
• Inform the school of any changes to contact information or student health

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are due before the start of each term. Non-payment may result in exclusion from classes. Refunds are subject to the school's refund policy. Fee structures may be revised annually with prior notice. Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct and disciplinary guidelines, respect teachers, staff, and fellow students, maintain academic integrity (no cheating, plagiarism, or fraud), wear prescribed uniforms and maintain appropriate appearance, and care for school property and resources. Violations may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.

6. Portal Usage

Users of the parent/student/staff portals agree to keep login credentials confidential and secure, report unauthorized access immediately, use the portal only for legitimate educational purposes, not share or distribute portal content without authorization, and accept that portal features may be modified or discontinued.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

LVHS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
